Liability insuranceThe purpose of the insurance is to guarantee civil liability, both extracontractual and contractual, which could fall to policyholders, the Commune- the CPAS of Comines-Warneton, in Belgium

or abroad, in accordance with any legal or regulatory provisions, as a result of damage of any kind caused to third parties and arising directly or indirectly as a result of its activities, personnel, installations and movable and immovable property, during or outside working hours, inside or outside the seats of operation of the policyholder.
This guarantee is acquired for the policyholder, in particular (and without limitation) for damages resulting from or caused by the policyholder himself, his organs, his agents, his servants whether paid or not, or the servants placed at his disposal, as well as any persons — including subcontractors — who may, in any capacity, incur civil liability.
The special conditions complement the general conditions. In the event of a difference in the interpretation between the special conditions and the general conditions, only the conditions that are most advantageous to the insured will apply.
