Pursuant to Section 16 (1) sentence 2 no. 2 SGB II, employable persons may be offered benefits for activation and professional integration. The present measure in accordance with Section 16 (1) sentence 2 SGB II in conjunction with Section 45 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 no. 1 — 3 SGB III is intended to take account of the legal claim.
