The subject of the contract is the preparation of forms and information brochures (from the Contractor's own materials) and their distribution (delivery - in two batches) to the units of the National Tax Administration along with unloading and movement to a warehouse indicated by an authorized employee of a given tax administration unit.

The subject of the contract is the preparation of information forms and brochures (from the Contractor's own materials) and their distribution (delivery - in two batches) to the units of the National Tax Administration together with unloading and movement to a warehouse indicated by an authorized employee of a given tax administration unit, hereinafter referred to as "information forms and brochures".

2. A detailed description and list of forms and information brochures together with the terms and conditions of service are set out in:

2.1 the Price Form table (circulation), constituting Annex B to the SWZ;

2.2 the proposed provisions of the Agreement (PPU), constituting Annex I to the SWZ;

2.3 the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex 1 to the PPU.
