New construction with the following uses:

- about 40 residential units, of which at least 50% of the living space for the subsidized housing construction,

- Raphaelhaus, with an area requirement of 630 m 2 of which 530 m 2 for full-stationary offers as well as 100 m 2 for outpatient offers,

- IN VIA / Center for Intercultural Girls' Work (ZIMA) with approx. 215 m 2 .

- in VIA / Youth Migration Service (JMD) with approx. 170 m 2 .

- a district and family center with about 292 m 2 as well as with an outdoor area of 50 m 2 .

- a 3-group Kita with an area of 400 m 2 .

- Food market and 1-2 smaller shop units.

Expected total area: approx. 2,000 m 2 NGF;

Expected costs: KG 300: approx. 8.6 million EUR (gross), KG 400: approx. 3.7 million EUR (gross).

The building planning services are currently being awarded, the allocation of the technical planning services is to take place in February 2020. Start of planning is immediately following. Start of construction is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2021.
