Framework agreement for the purchase, commissioning and maintenance of a Care Gravity Tool.

Commissioning is understood to mean the implementation of a (semi-)automated cloud solution for objectively measuring and displaying the care severity of a department in order to subsequently be able to assign the mobile team on a daily basis to an early, late or weekend shift in a certain department according to clear rules that apply to all sites and, by the organization, salvaged parameters.

'Maintenance' means the provision of services, corrective maintenance and evolotive maintenance (will be clarified in specifications).

The degree of satisfaction with the speed and quality of the services provided will determine whether or not to spend the cooperation and/or possibly expand it with additional projects. Any extensions to other modules will be arranged by approved annexes to this framework agreement.
