The subject of the tender is the procurement of blood glucose analysis devices including accessories in the form of rent.
Upon award of the contract, a framework agreement is concluded between the client and the contractor for the temporary provision of the blood glucose analysis devices specified in Appendix 1 - Specifications, including accessories for use against payment, as well as for the delivery of all test strips and control materials (hereinafter also referred to as diagnostic material) required for the operation of the blood glucose analysis devices and the execution of control measurements.
The requirements for the blood glucose analyzers as well as the other services are listed in detail in the service description for the award procedure including plants.
The contractor takes on the following services in particular:
- temporary provision of the blood glucose analysis devices specified in Appendix 1 - Specifications, including accessories for use against payment, during the entire term of the framework contract
- Delivery, installation, installation, commissioning and functional testing at the respective operating locations,
- EDP - connection of the devices,
- Integration of the devices to POCcelerator of the company Siemens Healthcare GmbH, related functional tests and ensuring communication between device / if necessary middleware and LIS / KIS
- Instruction on site or at the respective operating locations
- Key user training
- provision of an e-learning system for all users / operators of the blood glucose analyzers according to Appendix 1 - Specifications
- Full service (including maintenance, inspection, repair, all spare and wear parts as well as service parts / service kits, software updates / upgrades, hardware exchange and including travel costs) during the entire term of the framework contract
- Supply of the customer with all diagnostic material necessary for the operation of the blood glucose analysis devices and the execution of control measurements during the entire term of the framework contract
- Collection and return transport of blood glucose analyzers including accessories after the end of the contract period.
The service must be provided in accordance with the "Service Description for the Award Procedure" including attachments. In addition, the General Terms and Conditions of the University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus Dresden at the TU Dresden (Annex 6), the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions for the Execution of Services ("VOL/B"; in the version of 05 August 2003), which are supplemented / concretised by the Additional Contractual Conditions for Supply and Service Contracts of the University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus Dresden at the TU Dresden (Annex 7), shall apply, and, in turn, the provisions of the Civil Code in the version valid at the time the contract was awarded.
