The concept for the development of public spaces of Plungė city, the squares of Palankė and Minija streets (hereinafter referred to as the Concept) is prepared and the urban idea is expressed for its formation in accordance with the requirements specified in Annex No. 2 "Technical specification for the preparation of the development concept of public spaces of Plungė city, Palankė and Minija street squares".

The concept preparation service is being purchased in accordance with the provided "Technical specification for the preparation of the development concept of public spaces of Plungė city, palankė and Minija street squares" (Annex 2 to the procurement conditions).

The Concept, which meets the requirements of the technical specification of a full scope (volume and content), is presented, is prepared in a smooth Lithuanian language, in which there are no grammatical, technical errors, inconsistencies, contradictions of individual parts of the Concept, etc., the presented solutions and conclusions are properly analyzed and based on arguments and described.

The prepared versions of the Concept's working files with the unrestricted possibility to edit them must be transmitted to the Customer: solutions plans, native software format (*.shp *.dgn, *.rvt; *.pln; *.db, or other in analogous formats), text parts (*.pdf and *.docx or other analogous formats). Also, the material used for the development of the Concept is transmitted.

Description for the press (internet) – available in a separate folder – a brief description of the assessment of the current state and conceptual development recommendations with separately presented visual material. This folder contains the selected graphic material (individual visualizations and diagrams in JPG format, a resolution of at least 300 dpi).
