The scope of the contract includes:
(a) the receipt and development of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property located within the Municipality of Officials and the City of Officials;
b) collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in the Office, 26 Partyzantów Street.
The area of the commune of Urzędów – 11,906 hectares, it consists of 22 villages.
The total number of contracts concluded with the residents of the Municipality of Urzędów is 2136 – as of 19.09.2023.
As part of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to collect and manage the following types of municipal waste in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024:
a) mixed non-segregated municipal waste (estimated amount – 597.80 Mg, i.e. about 49.82 Mg per month).
b) separately collected waste (estimated amount – 270.44 Mg, i.e. about 22.54 Mg per month paper and cardboard, plastics, multi-material packaging, metals, glass, biodegradable kitchen waste).
The above-mentioned estimated amount of municipal waste was calculated on the basis of the amount of waste collected in 2023 and for 4 months of 2022, according to reports received from the entrepreneur who collected waste from the area of the municipality of Urzędów.
The contractor is obliged to collect any amount of unsegregated municipal waste from property owners residing in the Municipality of Offices.
c) waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in the Office at 26 Partyzantów Street (estimated amount – 103.216 Mg, i.e. about 8.60 Mg per month)
● bulky waste,
● green waste
● construction and demolition waste (m.in. siding, roofing, roofing felt, sheet metal, plastics except asbestos, window and door joinery, window glass, construction debris, clean and dirty insulation materials, etc.),
● chemicals (paints, varnishes, resins, solvents, etc.),
● expired medications,
● ash,
● used engine oil and oil packaging,
● glass packaging,
● paper, cardboard, paper and cardboard packaging
● other waste not mentioned after prior arrangement (when the property owner delivers it to PSZOK)
The above-mentioned estimated amount of municipal waste was calculated on the basis of the amount of waste collected in 2023 and for 4 months of 2022, according to reports received from entrepreneurs who collected waste from the Municipal Waste Disposal Facility in the Office.
4) A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a description of the Ordering Party's requirements for implementation and acceptance shall be specified by:

- contract proposal – attachment to the Terms of Reference.
