The purpose of the acquisition is the in situ restoration of contaminated soil and groundwater in the former Nopo Laundry property in the Nopo groundwater area of Hyvinkää.
The selected supplier will act as the lead contractor for the project as required by law.
The unit form of contract is the total unit price based contract. The work includes targeted site studies and planning, rehabilitation and other risk management, as well as monitoring and reporting in accordance with the work program, to the extent that the end result of the work meets its objectives.
Work may begin on further studies when the contract is signed in early June 2020. Plans must be submitted to the customer by 14.8.2020. The injection work must be done between September and October 2020. The finished work will be delivered to the customer on 31.10.2023. The property to be cleaned will undergo a mass change and demolition contract between June 1 and August 7, 2020, when site interactions in the area must be considered.
The tender shall be based on the requirements of the invitation to tender and the documents annexed thereto and shall not contain technical or commercial conditions different from those of the invitation to tender. All tender documents, including attachments, must be submitted via the electronic tender service. It is not necessary to sign the electronic tender document. The tender must indicate the contact details (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address) of the tenderer's contact person for possible contact and submission of the procurement decision.
The tenderer must state in his tender how he will arrange the security for the duration of the contract, indicating the form of the security and the guarantor.
The Subscriber accepts a foreign collateral only if the collateral provider has a branch or other acceptable representative of the subscriber in Finland. The customer does not accept group guarantees as collateral.
The tenderer must attach a completed offer form and reference form to his tender. The tenderer must complete all the unit price and other information requested in the tender form. The offer must be valid for at least three (3) months from the last submission date. Offer and attachments must be submitted in Finnish. Alternative or partial offers will not be accepted.
