1. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and quality standards shall be specified in the SWZ.
2. Articles shall be free from defects and impurities in closed and undamaged packaging of peculiar colour, taste and odour. Articles must not show signs of staleness, mold, spoilage or dampness. They must come from fresh production dates. All articles must have specific shelf life and must be marked in accordance with the applicable regulations. The Contractor shall deliver the product manufactured in accordance with the Food and Nutrition Safety Act and the implementing regulations to that Act.
3. The use-by date from the date of delivery must be: for lots 1-3 – not less than 6 months; for lots 4 to 5, not less than 12 months.
