According to the law on the production, transformation, transfer, turnover, distribution, and use of energy, etc, (the Energy Act), Section 9-3, HKN is responsible to preventing unwanted persons from gaining access to sensitive information on the energy supply. This procurement concerns such sensitive information on energy, therefore the published requirements specification only include general information on the procurement.

The tender contest will be held in two stages. Only those tenderers that are invited to submit a tender in the contest, and that sign a confidentiality declaration (see annex 10), will have access to detailed information on the procurement.
