The Contracting Authority would like to use this competition to enter into parallel Framework Agreements for the procurement of tradesmen tools, both mechanical, battery driven and electrical. Petrol run equipment is not included in this contract. The procurement will apply for the procurement of tools where the Contracting Authority's own employees shall carry out alteration work, service and maintenance and repairs in buildings and to outside areas that are owned or used by the municipality and municipal owned companies, etc.

The distribution formula must reflect the result in the competition. The tenderer with the best tender will be asked first for a delivery. If the best ranked tenderer cannot deliver, the enquiry will go to the tenderer ranked as nº 2, etc.
