Ad hoc provision of services for the recalculation of salaries and/or wage supplements of seconded staff working at the premises of the Contracting authority to retroactively correct any data that may have been incorrectly transferred to CIPAL for years before 2020.

The subject matter of the FWC is the ad hoc provision of services for the recalculation of salaries and/or wage supplements of the seconded staff working at the premises of the Contracting authority for the specific case described in the paragraph below.

The scope of the contract is strictly limited to the use of the contractor’s services for the duration of the FWC to retroactively correct any data that may have been incorrectly transferred to the contractor for the calculation of salaries and/or wage supplements for years before 2020 of seconded staff working in the Schools/OSG. It does not cover the calculation of departure allowances, differential adjustment allowances, or any other allowances in order to produce an updated payslip for former employees of the Schools/OSG that left before the 1st of January 2020.

Estimates are:

- Recalculation services: up to two hundred (200) recalculations over four (4) years

- Consultancy services: up to twenty (20) hours over four (4) years

- Data storage services: fourteen (14) schools over four (4) years
