The objective and scope of the contract:

The competition is for a contract for the delivery of the following food products for Drammen Kjøkken KF; fresh vegetables, fruit and potatoes. Fowl, poultry, eggs and products thereof. Drammen Kjøkken KF has an annual estimated volume of NOK 3 900 000 excluding VAT per annum. The value is an estimate and must therefore be considered non binding.

The competition is for a contract for the delivery of the following food products for other entities in Drammen municipality: Fresh vegetables, fruit and potatoes. Drammen municipality has an annual estimated volume of NOK 500 000 excluding VAT per annum. The value is an estimate and must therefore be considered non binding.

Changes to the contracting authorities´ procurement patterns, due to reforms etc. within the health sector, shall be included the framework agreement on the same terms as the original contract.

Zones.

Tenders can be submitted for one or both zones:

Zone division: Zone 1: Drammen Kjøkken KF, fresh vegetables, fruit and potatoes. Fowl, poultry, eggs and products thereof. Zone 2: Drammen municipality´s other entities, fresh vegetables, fruit and potatoes.

The contracting authority will enter into a contract with one tenderer in each zone.

Lots and alternative tenders.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed.

The contracting authority has considered dividing the contract in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §19-4 and this is a sub-group of food products. The group cannot be further divided beyond the zone division mentioned above.
