1. The subject of the contract is the service of maintaining cleanliness and order on roads, bicycle paths, sidewalks, stops, greenery and park alleys located in the management and administration of the Municipal Infrastructure Board in Słupsk.
2. The Contractor is obliged to have a hardware and storage base in the area of the city of Słupsk or a maximum of 10 km from the city border for the purpose of providing services for the duration of the contract.
3. The Ordering Party requires that the vehicles used to provide the service meet the requirements set out in Article 68(3) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws 2022, item 1083, as amended).
4. The requirements related to the performance of the contract in terms of employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing the activities indicated by the contracting authority are described in the SWZ.
Ongoing maintenance of order and cleanliness along with lawn care in the city of Słupsk - West District1. Current summer (in the period from 15 April 2023 to 14 November 2023) and winter (in the period from 1 January 2023 to 14 April 2023 and in the period from 15 November 2023 to 31 December 2023) maintenance of order and cleanliness:
a) in the summer, manual and mechanical cleaning of roadways, parking lots, bridges, viaducts, sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, street bands, bicycle paths, stairs, greens (lawns, shrub clusters, hedges and roses), bus bays, security asylums, stops with the removal of loose impurities, animal excrement, sand, mud, rubble, concrete, grasses, leaves, branches, oil, plastic packaging, cigarette butts, papers, glass, "banners", car tires, remnants of road collisions, removal of dead animals and other debris and obstacles endangering the safety of vehicular and pedestrian traffic and the removal of pollutants to the place of disposal,
(b) in winter, mitigation of the effects of winter slipperiness together with the maintenance of winter ambulance,
c) pouring the roadway during high temperatures,
d) emptying and washing street bins, park baskets, bus stop bins and waste segregation bins along with the removal of pollutants to the place of disposal,
e) grafting and cleaning from weeds of roadways, parking lots, bridges, viaducts, sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, street bands, bicycle paths, stairs, bus bays, security asylums, stops along with curb cleaning and removal of pollutants to the place of disposal,
f) mowing lawns along with raking the swath and transporting the mowed grass to the place of disposal,
g) raking leaves from lawns, including shrub clusters, hedges and roses, along with their export to the place of disposal,
h) removal of advertisements and announcements from trees, lighting poles, benches, baskets and other elements of small architecture,
(i) ongoing maintenance of public transport stops. Stops, for which the name and location were specified, cleaning areas, were divided into three categories, according to cleaning standards, including:
WEST DISTRICT
STANDARD I – 24 stops, with a cleaning area of 740.00 m2; including the platform of the CH Jantar loop with a cleaning area of 130.0 m2 including the vicinity of the building of the Traffic Supervision Center 250 m2,
STANDARD II – 28 stops, with a cleaning area of 700 m2;
STANDARD III – 39 stops, with a cleaning area of 780.0 m2;
j) after the end of the winter period or at the request of the Ordering Party, the Contractor will be obliged to clean roadways, parking lots, bridges, viaducts, sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, street bands, bicycle paths, stairs, bus bays, security asylums, stops from the material used to perform the service,
k) winter maintenance of public transport stops - stops for which the name and location have been determined, cleaning areas have been divided into three categories, according to cleaning standards, including:
WEST DISTRICT
STANDARD I – 24 stops, with a cleaning area of 740.00 m2; including the platform of the CH Jantar loop with a cleaning area of 130.0 m2 including the vicinity of the building of the Traffic Supervision Center 250 m2,
STANDARD II – 28 stops, with a cleaning area of 650 m2;
STANDARD III – 39 stops, with a cleaning area of 980.0 m2;
l) The Ordering Party declares that there are 91 stop posts within the scope of current maintenance. If it is necessary to launch new or additional stops, they are automatically included in the scope of this order without the need to conclude a separate annex.
2. Maintenance of roadways, parking lots, bridges, viaducts, sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, street bands, bicycle paths, stairs, green areas (lawns, shrub clusters, hedges and rosaries), bus bays, security asylums, stops will be carried out with a distinction between the summer period and the winter period, in accordance with the standards adopted by the Ordering Party.
Ongoing maintenance of order and cleanliness along with lawn care in the city of Słupsk - East District1. Current summer (in the period from 15 April 2023 to 14 November 2023) and winter (in the period from 1 January 2023 to 14 April 2023 and in the period from 15 November 2023 to 31 December 2023) maintaining order and cleanliness:
a) in the summer, manual and mechanical cleaning of roadways, parking lots, bridges, viaducts, sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, street bands, bicycle paths, stairs, greens (lawns, shrub clusters, hedges and rosaries), bus bays, security asylums, stops with the removal of loose impurities, animal excrement, sand, mud, rubble, concrete, grasses, leaves, branches, oil, plastic packaging, cigarette butts, papers, glass, "banners", car tires, remnants of road collisions, removal of dead animals and other debris and obstacles endangering the safety of vehicular and pedestrian traffic and the removal of pollutants to the place of disposal,
(b) in winter, mitigation of the effects of winter slipperiness together with the maintenance of winter ambulance,

STANDARD II – 24 stops, with a cleaning area of 600.00 m2;
STANDARD III – 85 stops, with a cleaning area of 1,700.00 m2
j) after the end of the winter period or at the request of the Ordering Party, the Contractor will be obliged to clean roadways, parking lots, bridges, viaducts, sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, street bands, bicycle paths, stairs, bus bays, security asylums, stops from the material used to perform the service,
k) winter maintenance of public transport stops, stops for which the name and location have been determined, cleaning areas have been divided into three categories, according to cleaning standards, including:
EAST DISTRICT
STANDARD I – 43 stops, with a cleaning area of 1,060.00 m2;
STANDARD II – 24 stops, with a cleaning area of 650.00 m2;
STANDARD III – 85 stops, with a cleaning area of 1,500.00 m2
l) The Ordering Party declares that there are 152 stop posts within the scope of current maintenance. If it is necessary to launch new or additional stops, they are automatically included in the scope of this order without the need to conclude a separate annex.

Maintenance of roadways, parking lots, bridges, viaducts, sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, street bands, bicycle paths, stairs, green areas (lawns, shrub clusters, hedges and rosaries), bus bays, security asylums, stops will be carried out with a distinction between the summer period and the winter period, in accordance with the standards adopted by the Ordering Party.

Current summer (in the period from 15 April 2023 to 14 November 2023) and winter (in the period from 1 January 2023 to 14 April 2023 and in the period from 15 November 2023 to 31 December 2023) maintenance of order and cleanliness:
a) in the summer, manual and mechanical cleaning of pavements, paved and unpaved alleys, stairs, greens (lawns, shrub clusters, hedges and roses with the removal of loose impurities, animal excrement, sand, mud, rubble, concrete, grasses, leaves, branches, oil, plastic packaging, cigarette butts, papers, glass, "banners", car tires, remnants of road collisions, removal of dead animals and other debris and obstacles threatening safety of vehicular and pedestrian traffic and the removal of pollutants to the place of disposal,
(b) in winter, mitigation of the effects of winter slipperiness together with the maintenance of winter ambulance,
c) emptying and washing park bins and waste segregation bins along with the removal of pollutants to the place of disposal,
d) grafting and cleaning from weeds of pavements, hardened and unpaved alleys along with cleaning curbs and exporting contaminants to the place of disposal,
e) mowing lawns and flower meadows along with raking the swath and exporting the mowed grass to the place of disposal,
f) raking leaves from lawns, including in shrub clusters, hedges and roses, along with their export to the place of disposal,
g) removal of advertisements and announcements from trees, lighting poles, benches, baskets and other elements of small architecture,
h) after the end of the winter period or at the request of the Ordering Party, the Contractor will be obliged to clean sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, stairs, stops from the material used to perform the service
