The subject of the Order is to perform archaeological supervision while supervising by Metro Warszawskie Sp. z o.o. the third stage of the extension of the second metro line in Warsaw.
The detailed scope of the Subject of the Order is specified in the Technical Specification of Performance and Acceptance constituting Annex 1 to the Terms of Contract.
The Ordering Party is not able to divide the contract into parts due to the fact that the Subject of the Order is an integral task, the technical conditions of which result in the inability to separate parts.
The Contracting Authority does not require employment under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510) by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons performing activities during the implementation of the Subject of the Contract.

The Contracting Authority assumes that the average workload of the Contractor constituting the performance of the Subject of the Order is, in accordance with STWiO (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ) 240h (in words: two hundred and forty hours) per month, which with 36 months of the implementation of the Subject of the Order is a total of 8640 h (in words: eight thousand six hundred and forty hours).
In the offer form, the contractor indicates the unit price for 1rbh, while the payment for the service in each month will be the product of 240h (assumed average monthly labor intensity) and the unit price for 1rbh indicated in the offer. Detailed provisions regarding remuneration and payment are included in the Model Agreement (Appendix 2 to the Terms of Contract).
The Contractor is obliged to secure the bid deposit in the amount of PLN 15,000.00 (in words: fifteen thousand, 00/100). Detailed provisions regarding the permissible form of the bid bond and details on the method of submitting the bid bond are included in the Terms of Contract.
