The aim of the contract is for the supply of car parking enforcement services for Ashford and St Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust including uniformed staffing in radio contact with the hospitals' security team. The service will particularly administer penalty charge notices and warnings for non-compliant parking and a database thereof, monitoring and reporting car parking related occurrences, and also maintain some ticket machines and other car parking equipment.
