Cleaning services and maintenance/operational services for car parks and sites in Stavanger.

The aim of the procurement is to get cleaning and maintenance/operational services carried out in the contracting authority's car parks and parking garages.

The maintenance/operational services include, amongst other things,

- snow clearing and gritting/salting in the season if required

- blowing leaves and collecting leaves in the season

- regular checks/inspections of individual objects in the car parks, with improvements to shortcomings and errors

- regular cleaning inspections of outlets and drains, as well as cleaning if required

- simple caretaker assignments. The parking garages and car parks included in the contract are all in Stavanger.

The contract has a 3 year duration with an option to extend for 1+1 year. The start-up of the services will be 1 May 2022.
