Repair of damaged engines in all service vehicles with GVW up to 3.5t in the entire Police garrison of the Silesian Voivodeship. The detailed manner of providing services is specified in Appendix 3 to the Terms of Reference, a description of the subject matter of the contract for both tasks and Appendix 2 to the Terms of Reference, the draft provisions of the contract. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Act, the Contracting Authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted.

Task No. 1 - Provision of repair services for damaged internal combustion engines in company vehicles with GVW up to 3.5t passenger type (station wagon, station wagon, sedan, hatchback, cabriolet and coupe)

Providing repair services for damaged engines in all company vehicles with a GVW of up to 3.5t in the entire police garrison of the Silesian Voivodeship passenger type (station wagon, station wagon, sedan, hatchback, cabriolet and coupe). The detailed manner of providing the services is specified in Appendix 3 to the Terms of Reference, a description of the subject matter of the contract and Appendix 2 to the Terms of Reference, the draft provisions of the agreement. The services will be provided successively within a maximum of 20 working days from the day following the day of receiving the car for repair. The contractor will provide min. 24-month warranty for the repair from the date of the vehicle's admission to traffic, the warranty for parts and materials used during the repair should be at least 24 months, but not shorter than the manufacturer's warranty. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to have: appropriate technical potential, i.e. machines for machining cylinder heads, engine blocks and turbochargers, electronic equipment for engine diagnostics; a fenced yard with an area guaranteeing simultaneous parking of at least 7 vehicles of the Contracting Authority, illuminated, covered by round-the-clock surveillance, alarm devices or monitoring (in the case of several workshops / locations / of the Contractor the total sum of parking spaces will be counted, and each of the locations must meet the supervision and alarm requirements); appropriate technical facilities, including a station located in a closed room, enabling mechanical repair of the vehicle; persons capable of performing the contract and ensuring proper performance of the contract both due to their training and skills, as well as due to the number of such persons and had a valid civil liability insurance in the scope of their business activity for the amount of not less than PLN 150,000.00 or its equivalent. The Contracting Authority allows for the possibility for the Contractor having its registered office outside the Silesian Voivodeship but not further than 200 km from the Contracting Authority's registered office to carry out Katowice ul. Lompy 19 counted along the route (the shortest route). The Contracting Authority reserves the right to require the Contractor to submit source invoices for the purchase of parts used to repair the engines during the entire warranty period for the parts in question. The Contracting Authority reserves the right, in the absence of economic justification for the repair, to withdraw from its implementation without incurring any costs. The Ordering Party reserves the right to control the Contractor's workshop on an ongoing basis, the method of implementation at each stage and to interfere with the scope and manner of repair. The Ordering Party reserves the right to inspect the equipment of the workshop and the correct storage of vehicles awaiting repair. The spare parts/consumables used to perform the service will be brand new and complete and will be marked with the manufacturer's logo/trademark. The Contracting Authority allows the use of regenerated parts in the repair, with the exception of those listed in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 28 September 2005 (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 201, item 1666). The contracting authority may request source invoices or a certificate from the manufacturer of the parts stating that they have been manufactured in accordance with the specifications and production standards set by the manufacturer of the vehicles in question and that they are parts of no inferior quality than those used in the factory production of the vehicles. The contractor will dispose of the waste remaining after the repair on its own and at its own expense. The Ordering Party reserves the right to demand the return of the removed spare parts from the Contractor. Repairs of Police service vehicles should be carried out out of turn. The Contracting Authority does not allow subcontractors to repair engines. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires that persons performing activities falling within the scope of engine repair be employed on the basis of an employment relationship in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended).

Providing repair services for damaged engines in all company vehicles with a GVW of up to 3.5t in the entire garrison of the Police of the Silesian Voivodeship such as vans, SUVs, passenger and off-road vehicles.
