SHS Strukturholding Saar is building on an area already used by the police on Mainzer Straße in Saarbrücken, the Saarbrücken City Police Inspectorate including a public parking garage. The new PI SB Police Inspectorate is being built in the southeastern area of the area. Area 6019 m²; Address: “" Mainzer Straße 132, 66121 Saarbrücken "”. The police department consists of three components, the police inspectorate, the custody and the parking garage. All components are constructed as solid reinforced concrete structures and are based on cast-in-situ bored piles.
The Police Inspectorate (PI) has 3 full floors plus a technical center on the roof, grouped around two atriums. On the ground floor there is a delivery yard with a single-storey custody wing.
