As the contracting authority, Nordland County, c/o the Property Section, invites tenderers to a tender contest for the rehabilitation of the existing swimming hall at Bodin Sixth Form College. The project will be carried out subject to the approval of funding by the contracting authority (NFK/County Council).

The project will be carried out subject to the approval of funding by Nordland County, and the selected contractor will be commissioned to carry out the engineering design of a steel pool and water purification/treatment system together with the rest of the design team. The project may be stopped due to expenditures exceeding the budget during the tender/engineering design phase

The project includes renovation of the existing pool building with a new steel pool including technical systems, pipework, ventilation, a new technical room as an extension, and upgrading of the existing building with new interior surfaces.

In general, the renovation consists of: New ventilation units and ducts for the pool New pipework New steel pool including technical systems for pool operation. Upgrade of all interior surfaces in the building Construction of a new technical room as an extension of approx. 160 m2, of which approx. 92 m2 is allocated to the technical room.

This contract applies to: K01 Steel pool and water purification/treatment system. Includes the delivery and installation of a steel pool and a water purification/treatment system with levelling tanks, cf. the Requirements Specification.
