The Schwarzwald-Baar district intends to contractually secure appropriate disposal/disposal capacities for DK-0 waste from the area of the Schwarzwald-Baar district at a DK-0 landfill in a regional vicinity for DK-0 waste from the area of the Schwarzwald-Baar district.

In order to provide interested parties with uniform information on the contract, brief information on the project, the key performance points of the tendered service and the handling of the award procedure according to VgV is available for download via the "subreport ELViS" award platform used under the project access of this award procedure (see section I.3)). The brief information is also accompanied by forms for the application for participation, which must be used by the candidates in the context of the competition. At the end of the competition, a detailed description of the tasks will be provided to the applicants selected in the competition.

The Schwarzwald-Baar district currently does not have its own landfill for waste of landfill class DK 0. In order to secure a suitable disposal option in the region of the Schwarzwald-Baar district in the long term for corresponding DK-0 waste from the area of the Schwarzwald-Baar district, which is subject to transfer, the Schwarzwald-Baar district intends to contractually secure appropriate disposal/storage capacities at a DK-0 landfill. The storage facilities must be available by mid-2026 at the latest. The intended landfill site must also be within a radius of 20 km as the crow flies from the district office of the Schwarzwald-Baar district in Villingen-Schwenningen (Am Hoptbühl 2).
