The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the points of consumption (PPE) indicated in Annexes 1a to 1c to SWZ with a total estimated volume of 3,803.438 MWh for the period from 01.01.2022r. to 31.12.2022r.

Details of the electricity consumption of each collection point are described in the Annexes No 1a to 1c to SWZ i.e. the list of pre-emptive points.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the intake points (PPE) indicated in Annexes 1a to 1c to SWZ with a total estimated volume of 3,803.438 MWh for the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022.

2. Details of the electricity consumption of each collection point are described in the Annexes 1a to 1c to SWZ, i.e. the list of collection points.

3. The forecast electricity consumption indicated above is indicative and may deviate from the amount of energy actually collected, during the duration of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the contracting (customers), other than the need to pay for the amount of energy actually collected and the transmission service in accordance with the Operator Tariff in force. The Contractor should take into account the fluctuation of (+/-) 15%.

4. A microinstallation is mounted in n/n objects.

A) Opole Rehabilitation Centre in Korfantowie Sp. o.o. for the point of conscription no. 590322413700097266 (according to Annex No 9 to SWZ) The Ordering Party has the status of Prosument: No

B) Clinical Center of Gynecology, Obstetrics and Neonatology in Opole, Władysław Reymont 8, 45-066 Opole — no microinstallations. The Contracting Authority has Proconsumer status: No

C) Provincial Hospital in Opole sp. z o.o., Kośny 53 Street, 45-372 Opole for pre-emptive points no: 322003699472 (according to Annex No 10a to SWZ) and No 322003699302 (in accordance with Annex No 10b to SWZ). The Contracting Authority has Proconsumer status: No

5. The estimated amount of energy indicated in point 1 is the quantity which the Contracting Party intends to acquire and does not include self-produced energy.

6. Quality standards:

1) The object of the order is the purchase of electricity with specified, according to applicable regulations, quality standards.

2) The quality standards of electricity are described in the Law of 10 April 1997 — Energy Law and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions of the operation of the electricity system (Journal of Laws 2007 No 93, item 623 as amended). The rules for the formation and calculation of tariffs and clearing in electricity trading are defined by the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019 (OJ 2019, item 503 as amended);
