The subject of the contract is the provision of organizational and promotional services in connection with the participation of the Municipality of Uniejów in domestic and foreign fairs of an international nature as part of the project: "Increasing the international economic rank of the Lodz Region through activities carried out in the field of economic promotion of the region by the Municipality of Uniejów" The order consists in the provision of organizational and promotional services in connection with the participation of the Municipality of Uniejów in the following fairs: 1. World Travel Show in Nadarzyn :( 24-26 November 2022) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Annex entitled - Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order and in the Annex entitled - Draft contract. The subject of the contract is implemented as part of the project "Increasing the international economic rank of the Łódź Region through activities carried out in the field of economic promotion of the region by the Municipality of Uniejów" co-financed from the Regional Operational Program of the Łódź Voivodeship for the years 2014 – 2020. Priority axis: Innovative and competitive economy. Action: Internationalization of enterprises.5.The contractor must foresee all the circumstances that may affect the price of the contract. Tenderers are therefore required to check the conditions for the performance of the contract in great detail. Tenderers are advised to read in detail the content of the Tender Specifications, obtain all information necessary for the proper preparation of the offer and check and verify the information provided by the Ordering Party and immediately inform the Ordering Party about any errors and / or omissions. 6. As part of the performance of the contract, the Ordering Party does not see the need to require the Contractor to submit a certificate of the employment contract concluded with persons performing tasks under the contract in question due to the nature of the activities performed (in accordance with Article 22 § 1 of the Labour Code).
