Description:

Commercial Gas - Service, Maintenance and Repair

TRG are seeking contractors to deliver the service, maintenance and repairs of the commercial boilers across our stock. We are also asking contractors to produce annual stock condition surveys of the boilers to allow TRG to produce boiler replacement programme.

TRG have a lot structure of regional lots to ensure national coverage:

? Lot 1 -North ? 263 assets

? Lot 2 - Liverpool City Region (LCR) ? 176 assets

? Lot 3 - South & Central ? 235 assets

We are looking to appoint two contractors per regional lot to allow for capacity. 1st ranked supplier will have the first refusal of work and the 2nd ranked will be a backup supplier if no capacity from supplier 1.
