The delivery to be carried out concerns: delivery on demand of planting material.
This contract comprises 4 lots:
• plot 1: delivery of forest goods
• plot 2: supply of shrubs
• plot 3: supply of trees
• plot 4: supply of perennials
Delivery of forestryDelivery of forestry
Minimum quality requirements:
- the plants must comply with the natural habitus,
- the forest material must be of good quality, true to species, well grown, transplanted on time, grubbed up, matured, undamaged, disease-free, without fungi or other harmful organisms,
- the sorting of the planting material within a batch of forest material must be such that there is a regular spread within the specified sizes. The smaller plants from the lot, the so-called "underlay" must in any case have been removed;
- the root system of the plants is quite branched and well developed, there are enough hair roots of less than 1 mm;
- the plant is well formed, tree-forming species have a continuous spindle without strong curvatures;
- there must be an acceptable ratio between the length of the plants and the diameter at the root neck,
- the ratio included in the Dutch standard NEN 7412 is used as a benchmark;
- no perennial root weeds must be present in the root ball.
Supplying shrubsSupplying shrubs
Minimum quality requirements:
- age: at least 2 years old;
- at least 3 strong branches at the root neck;
- regularly branched from the base;
- for shrubs with permanent leaves: at the time of delivery, the plants must be fully coated with leaves. The leaves have a normal leaf color;
- shrubs with bare root have a well-developed root system;
- shrubs in container: the plants have formed new roots in the container. They are sufficiently present and regularly distributed;
- the contents of the container must be adapted to the size of the plant,
- there must be no rotating roots,
- plants with root ball: the root ball is tightly packed in ju credit;
- root ball created after grubbing-up shall under no circumstances be accepted;
- root balls do not show spade in the root system;
- no perennial root weeds must be present in the container or root ball,
- roots must not be affected by the root nodule bacterium;
- the root system must be free from mechanical damage,
- the root ball in the container must not show shrinkage edges,
- no forest goods.

Specifically for roses:
- in the case of species covered by the "licence rights", all plants bear a "licence label";
- A-quality: minimum 3 or more strong branches from oculation;
- in principle, the A-quality is always delivered unless otherwise specified in the detail list;
- roses supplied with bare root have a well-developed root system of at least 20 cm measured from oculation;
- no forest material for botanical species

Supply of perennialsSupply of perennials
Minimum quality requirements:
- all perennials must be supplied in pots or containers,
- the plants have formed new roots in the pot or container and are regularly distributed;
- there should be no root development outside the pot;
- buttons or noses are not damaged;
- if a height measure is specified (e.g. bamboo), 2/3 of the stems must be the specified size;
- mosses, liverworts or perennial root weeds must not be present in the pot or container;
- the root ball in the container must not show any shrinkage edges.
