The Wilhelm-Leibl-Realschule in Bad Aibling was founded in 1967 and expanded in 1995-1997. The building part "C" should now be completely refurbished. The ceilings and floors as well as the washbasin niches are renewed in the rooms. In this course, the electrical equipment should be brought up to date. For fire protection reasons, the renewal of the fire alarm system (BMA) and the electro-acoustic loudspeaker system (ELA) is necessary. In addition, all openings are sealed to the necessary corridors and attached a security lighting. The fire doors and the classroom doors within the necessary corridors and staircases must be replaced and supplemented, since they no longer meet the current requirements.
Basement:
In the basement, the renewal of the ceilings in the workrooms is necessary because the glued elements solve in many places or have already solved. B .: the bulkheads of all lines, the restoration of an emergency exit from the boiler room, the replacement of all doors, etc.

In coordination with the school, a dividing wall should be relocated, thus creating a sufficiently large biology hall. The reduced preparation space is compensated by the division of physics preparation C006.
On the ground floor numerous fire protection relevant alterations are to be made: renewal of the glass door elements in the corridors, bulkheads of all lines, replacement of the doors, etc.
Since the glazing to the courtyard has only a very bad insulation value, on the door elements, which should be smoke-tight, has a gap of more than 10 cm and also the glazing is not airtight connected to the facade this is also to be replaced.
1st floor:
The general area and the tea kitchen are merged by the demolition of a partition and form a spacious living area with about 205 m
