KBI GmbH is planning to convert the listed building of the former Pushkin high school on Rathenaustrasse in

Hennigsdorf has become a creative plant - interdisciplinary start-up and commercial center.

This project is divided into two independent funding projects:

kreativWERK I - Innovative commercial and biotech center Hennigsdorf

Application number: 85039361 from 17.12.2019 (GRW-I funding)

KreativWerk II - Socio-Cultural Founder and Business Center Hennigsdorf

Application number: 85039366 from 16.12.2019 (NESUR funding)

In connection with national co-financing share NESUR Ident No. 0079 (ASZ II).

The interdisciplinary approach of promoting SMEs and companies in the start-up phase and entrepreneurs in different service areas as sole proprietors, freelancers, artists, creative people, both project approaches are realized jointly and at the same time and implemented in the city center in an excellent location in the former school building of the old Pushkin grammar school, which is to be renovated in accordance with the preservation order.

It is planned to create a comprehensive and variable range of space for coworking and maker spaces (English fabrication laboratory), open spaces where both small companies and private individuals have access to modern machines and production processes (e.g. 3D printers, milling cutters, CNC machines, laser cutters).

In addition, high-tech and flexible office spaces should be created in the respective cubature of the old classrooms. In classic rooms for office workplaces, individual workplaces, group workplaces, conference rooms and even a multifunctional event room are to be created here.

With this call for tenders, lot 600 - 06 IT equipment and software solution will be tendered.

LPRS20.0600.06.1 IT equipment

The subject of this procedure is the procurement of computers, IT hardware (for data backup and administration, as well as for setting up the building network), software and software licenses. Furthermore, their initial setup, commissioning and corresponding maintenance (over a period of 36 months), including network and network management, is part of this tender.

The following purchases are planned for this purpose:

Office and other workplaces:

- 13 desktop PCs (in different configurations)

- 16 monitors

- 15 notebooks

- various computer accessories

- presentation technique

Network and network management:

- data storage

- Various network hardware

Software, including licensing:

- Office and email software

- Antivirus and data backup software

- network management

- Software solutions for resetting individual notebooks

LPRS20.0600.06.2 Printing and Copying Technology

The subject of this procedure is the procurement, maintenance and support of printing and copying technology.

The following purchases are planned for this purpose:

Printing and copying technology:

- 2x multifunction printers and copiers, color/SW duplex in A3 format (for rent, including maintenance and support over a period of 36 months)

- 1x inkjet printer, color/black in DIN A3 format

LPRS20.0600.06.3 Software Solutions

The subject of this procedure is the procurement, maintenance and support of a room booking system for the organization and management of office space, individual workstations and conferences with integrated cost accounting.

The following purchases are planned for this purpose:

- Digital room booking system (room booking system) for room/workplace booking and conference management, including initial setup, maintenance and support over a period of 36 months

- 2 touch displays, incl. bracket for wall mounting, as a complementary kiosk system to the room booking system, including initial setup, maintenance and support over a period of 36 months
