The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new wheel loader with a high loading bucket in the form of an operating lease.

Basic requirements for the subject of delivery: the object of delivery must not be a prototype, it must come from serial production and meet the standards and legal regulations in force in Poland, it must be brand new, year of manufacture 2023, free from construction, material, workmanship and legal defects.

Basic requirements for lease terms:

a) the duration of the lease – 60 consecutive months starting from the date of handing over the machine confirmed by the delivery and acceptance protocol.

(b) number of lease instalments: 59.

c) leasing settled in Polish zlotys.

(d) leasing instalments shall be fixed at variable interest rates and shall be payable monthly, on the date specified in the schedule of lease payments. The interest part of the leasing installment will be reduced in the event of a decrease in WIBOR 1M and increased in the event of an increase in WIBOR 1M in relation to the level taken over for the calculation of the offer.

e) the value of the initial fee 10% of the net price of the machine plus VAT.

f) redemption/final fee value of 1% of the net price of the device plus VAT.

g) The Ordering Party requires that the General Terms and Conditions of Leasing regulate the possibility of partial early repayment of the lease by the Ordering Party, by increasing the amount of the leasing installment indicated by the Ordering Party, in the capital part, in accordance with applicable tax regulations (not more often than 1 time per year).

h) The Contractor is obliged to include all leasing costs in the price of the offer.

i) leasing instalments will be paid on a monthly basis from the month following the receipt of the vehicle. The contracting authority will be obliged to pay leasing instalments on the basis of a financial schedule which is an integral part of the leasing contract.

j) During the term of the contract, the Ordering Party undertakes to bear the costs of vehicle insurance on its own and is not obliged to insure the vehicle through the Contractor.

The object of delivery must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty for the charger and other installed devices and components min. 5 years or 10,000 mth (whichever comes first).
