Alloti market, of five lots. Each batch is divided into two parts:

— Component A: carrying out annual maintenance visits, troubleshooting and restoring the operation of the facilities;

— flap B: complete replacement of mixers sinks, sinks and bathtub/showers, checks and repair of any damage found.

Component B shall be the subject of a framework agreement executed by issuing purchase orders, with no maximum or minimum amount, concluded with an economic operator. The contract shall take effect and shall be executed as of 1.1.2022 or on the date of receipt of the notification. The later of the two dates will be taken into account. Due date: 31.12.2023.

Stream A: The contract is concluded at a lump sum price.

Stream B: the contract is concluded at unit prices.

All prices are reviewable on January 1 of each year from 1.1.2023.

Lot 1: territory Bourg — Dombes — Val de Saône.

Lot 2: Amberieu — Bugey — Isère territory.

Lot 3: Bellegarde territory — Pays de Gex.

Lot 4: Oyonnax Territory — Haut-Bugey.

Lot 5: Rhône Métropole territory.
