Enedis (a subsidiary of the EDF group) wishes to use a Project Management Assistant (AMO) for new construction and landscaping work on the Pérollière site (69210 Sain Bel-Saint Pierre La Palud), as part of the more global framework of the Ecocampus project, from the start of construction to the guarantee of perfect completion.
The incumbent is selected for the Realization phase of phase 3, as part of an "Operation Management" mission. During this phase, it provides general administrative, financial and technical assistance, in the form of proposals, advice, organization, development of tools and monitoring.
The contracting authority nevertheless remains the decision-maker and the mission of the AMO is therefore neither within the framework of a delegated project management nor a mandate.
The AMO is responsible for the quality of the deliverables it provides (e.g. analysis leading to a decision) but is not committed in terms of responsibility.
The project management assistant is the privileged interlocutor of the contracting authority's partners and service providers. It is the common thread of the client for the realization of the equipment.
In addition to the decision-making client, the AMO operation manager is a "project manager" who adopts the attitude of doing or having done throughout the construction.
Its mission is declined, among other things, on the following areas:
- General assistance relating to the organization of the project owner and the partners of the operation
- Technical assistance for the declination of the objectives and their implementation
- Assistance in estimating and monitoring economic aspects and the provisional budget
- Assistance in controlling deadlines (provisional schedules of interventions, detailed schedules of execution)
The AMO intervenes to:
- The general management of the project,
- The conduct of the works and the assistance in the settlement of the companies,
- Monitoring the project schedule,
- Budget monitoring,
- safety management,
- The relationship with the DFP and the occupants of the site,
- Documentation management.
