The subject of the Order is:

in scope 1 - integration of domain systems functioning at the Ordering Party with the MSIM Regional Platform

in scope 2 - purchase, implementation and integration of a digital signature for the needs of medical documentation produced in the HIS system functioning at the Ordering Party.

Integration of domain systems functioning at the Contracting Authority with the MSIM Regional Platform, under which the Contractor:

- deliver and launch (delivery, installation, configuration) integration interface(s) in the Ordering Party's IT infrastructure in a virtualized platform,

- deliver and launch the Manifest DICOM, WADO DICOM and DICOMWeb

- grant an indefinite license for the software: integration interface(s),

- provide 24 months of author's supervision,

- will integrate domain systems owned by the Ordering Party: HIS – AMMS System by ASSECO Poland, EDM - AMMS Repository by ASSECO Poland, RIS/PACS Infinitt system by ResQmed with the MSIM Regional Platform.

Purchase, implementation and integration of a digital signature for the needs of medical documentation produced in the HIS system functioning at the Contracting Authority, under which the Contractor:

- deliver and launch (delivery, installation, configuration) a system with the required devices allowing the generation of signatures in digital form on the documents indicated by the Ordering Party

- grant an indefinite license for the implemented solution

- provide 12 months of author's and service supervision over the software

- provide a 36-month warranty on the delivered devices

- will integrate the implemented solution with the domain system owned by the Ordering Party, i.e. the HIS – AMMS System by ASSECO Poland
