Bidding zones are the cornerstone of market-based electricity trading. The European transmission system operators have decided to organize the bidding zone evaluation activities in a regional format.

In support of the Bidding Zone assessment, the participating TSOs of the Bidding Zone Review Region Central Europe (BZRR CE) intend to contract a supplier that can provide PMO services and Convenor services, each for two different Task Forces: one dedicated to conceptual and regulatory work for the Bidding Zone Review - Bidding Zones Review Region Central Europe Working Group and one dealing with Electricity Market and System Modeling - Modeling Task Force. PMO services will also be provided for the Bidding Zone Review Region Central Europe Steering Committee.
