Granting and servicing a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 1,000,000 for repayment in 2023 of previously incurred liabilities under loans and advances.

Credit description:

- loan period: until 30-12-2043,

- interest payment: on a quarterly basis (interest accrued on the credit used),

- variable interest rate: WIBOR 1M reference rate (the rate will be updated by the Contractor every month) plus a fixed margin of the Contractor,

- security: the borrower's blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to use part or all of the loan on a refund basis in relation to loan installments and loans repaid from the municipality's own resources (i.e. the municipality, for a certain period, assumes its own funds and then recovers them from the loan in question).
