The subject of the contract is a service consisting in winter maintenance of district and municipal roads in the winter season 2022/2023, 2023/2024 in the Municipality of Jeżów Sudecki

Orders and annexes to the SWZ

3.1. The subject of the contract includes:

(a) snow removal of municipal roads;

b) snow removal of poviat roads located in the Jeżów Sudecki Commune, covered by this order;

(c) sprinkling of roadways in cases of slipperiness;

(d) the roads must be cleared of snow and passable by 7:00 a.m. on any day of the week;

e) snow removal of the pavement located along the district dr . - Długa Street in Jeżów Sudecki;

f) cleaning of horizontal pollution from roadways, pavements and roadsides at the end of the winter action;

(g) eliminating the effects of winter, snow and temperature by assuming the obligation to maintain the passability of roads, reduce or reduce traffic disruption caused by atmospheric factors; conducting winter action day and night, on working days and holidays, in various weather conditions - snowfall, freezing rain, winds, blizzards, low temperatures, etc.;

(h) maintaining in full technical and operational readiness the means of transport and equipment, including fittings designed to combat the effects of winter;

(i) having access to earth-forming materials and salt,

j) winter road maintenance is carried out from 15 November to 15 April of a given season with the possibility of extension depending on the prevailing weather conditions.
