Lot 11 screed.

The contractor is to produce a cement screed in living areas as well as in the stairwells and hallways, the total service consisting of:

- Preliminary work, cleaning on the entire screed surface:

—— approx. 4 640 m 2 Area.

- Thermal insulation EPS, WLG 035 in different thicknesses, depending on the floor structure:

—— approx. 160 m 2 Surface 30 mm insulation,

- approx. 3 470 m 2 Area 50 mm insulation,

—— approx. 160 m 2 Area 60 mm insulation,

—— approx. 20 m 2 Area 70 mm insulation,

—— approx. 830 m 2 Surface 80 mm insulation.

- Impact sound insulation EPS, WLG 045 on the entire thermal insulation:

—— approx. 4 640 m 2 Area.

- Cement screed in 2 classes, depending on the floor structure:

—— approx. 4,220 m 2 Area CT-C20-F4, d = 45 mm, in apartments,

—— approx. 415 m 2 Area CT-C35-F5, d = 55 mm, in the stairwell and hallway.
