Description of the assignment

The reason for this Tender is the expiration of the previous agreement with regard to Large Kitchen Appliances and concerns purchase, maintenance and replacement.

The Client's objective is to conclude an Agreement with the supplier who is regarded as the most economically advantageous tenderer, on the basis of the best price-quality ratio (EMVI-BPKV) as described in the tender.

The purpose of this tender is to arrive at a Framework Agreement with one Contractor for the purchase and maintenance of UM's Catering Equipment.

This call for tenders shall cover:

• The purchase of Catering equipment;

• The maintenance of Catering equipment;

• Installing and assembling Catering appliances;

• Complying with, controlling and monitoring KPIs with regard to Catering Equipment;

• Controlling and monitoring the MJOP with regard to the Catering equipment;

• Conducting the necessary administration;

• Aftercare such as warranty and damage handling.

After each service, the Provider must map out the maintenance status and associated investment for UM for the following year. The Provider must submit this statement before 1 July of the current calendar year.
