Procurement includes

- shipments of waste to, from and between LSR facilities and to designated treatment facilities,

- services with hooklifts and loaders within LSR's facilities,

- sweeping and winter road maintenance;

- reporting of the company's hazardous waste shipments through the contractor to the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency as an agent for LSR.

The contract period is 2 years, counting from 2023-01-01, with the possibility for LSR to extend the agreement for 1 + 1 year.

Scope of procurement

Procurement includes

hooklift services within LSR's facilities, including maintenance and service of containers, approximately 1,300 hours per year.

loader stationed at Landskrona waste facility, 40 hours per week on weekdays and about 3 hours per week on Sundays / holidays.

waste shipments to, from and between LSR's facilities and to designated treatment facilities, about 800 shipments per year, some of which consist of hazardous waste.

sweeping of paved surfaces at Landskrona waste plant and ÅVC as well as at Svalövs ÅVC, about one hour 2-3 times per week (a total of about 130 occasions per year)

winter road maintenance of LSR's facility in Landskrona, if necessary.

reporting of the company's hazardous waste shipments through the contractor to the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency as an agent for LSR, about 100 reports per year.

The contract period is 2 years, counting from 2023-01-01, with the possibility for LSR to extend the agreement for 1 + 1 year. The start date of the agreement may be postponed in the event of an appeal and in the event of events that LSR could not reasonably have foreseen. The total contract period will remain unchanged.
