Services of the general planning LPH 1-9 HOAI and § 1.5 AHO-Heft 17 for the conversion and energy-efficient renovation of the existing building of the RPK Schwaben in Kempten, Keselstraße 65. The new use is predominantly barrier-free flats/apartments for employees of the district hospitals of Swabia and as
alternative use on the base floor (illuminated on one side due to the hillside) ambulances.
The client, client and user are the District Clinics of Swabia.
The existing building, consisting of two height-offset structures with base floors and two or three full storeys, dates from 1952 and is centrally located within the built-up area of Kempten. The building is currently located on the base floor as children's species and in the upper floor areas as refugee accommodation
used.
The services will be commissioned in stages. The client reserves the right to transfer further project stages in whole or in part. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of these benefits.
A feasibility study was carried out to clarify the possibilities. The costs determined (DIN 276 -KG 200 – 700) amount to approx. EUR 7.8 million gross gross. The feasibility study is attached to the tender documents as Annex 3 (length: 40 pages).
The start of the measure is planned immediately after the order has been placed.
