This contract defines the procedures for implementing preventive (fixed-rate part) and curative (part of order forms) maintenance of the fiber optic network. It concerns the technical rooms (lot 1) and the optical network (lot 2). Its objective is to ensure intervention operations within the contractual deadlines (guaranteed recovery time within 4 hours 7 days a week, 24 hours a day). The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation.
