The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for 180 energy consumption points belonging to the Contracting Authority located in the city of Opole and the municipalities of Opole, Dąbrowa, Prószków, Tarnów Opolski, Izbicko, for the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024. Total demand power (contractual): 7574 kW. The Contracting Authority envisages a continuous supply of electricity with settlement according to a single profile price for all presented energy consumption points (hereinafter: PPE) at a voltage of 15 kV and 0.4 kV and a frequency of 50 Hz, the basic quality standard meeting the requirements of the regulations of the Operation of Electrical Equipment while maintaining the provisions of the Construction of Electrical Equipment, Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and current Polish Standards. Estimated total quantity of supplied electricity over a 12-month supply period for 180 points of consumption is approximately: 12 000 MWh.
