Content Marketing and Corporate Publishing Insurance Communication - Printing of Print Media

The AOK community insures more than 27 million people - that's almost one in three people in Germany. It consists of the AOK-Bundesverband GbR (the service-oriented representative of the AOKs based in Berlin, hereinafter referred to as AOK-BV), 11 independent corporations under public law (the AOKs, hereinafter referred to as clients) and other companies.

With its media offerings, the AOK community fulfils its legal task of informing the population about the rights and obligations under the Social Security Code. At the same time, these media offerings should always be maintained and further developed at a contemporary content and technical standard, which at the same time allows regionalization of communication by the individual AOKs.

On the basis of the further developed media target image, the AOK health magazine will be published 4 times a year in two versions in the future: as a cross-target group magazine ("General Interest") for members/insured persons aged 35 and over, with 40 pages content + 4 pages cover, and as a magazine for members/insured persons with children from 0 to 15 years of age ("family"), with 40 pages content + 4 pages cover. In a partial edition, the magazine for the target group of families also includes a supplement for young insured persons ("Jolinchen"), with 20 pages of content + 4 pages cover. The magazines are to be published in regionalized and in some cases additionally localized versions.

For the printing, further processing and preparation of the dispatch of the newly structured print media for insured persons, the clients, the 11 AOKs, are looking for a contractor within the framework of this award procedure. In addition, the contractor must provide additional services such as further individualization.
