The object of the contract is to develop a project in accordance with the applicable Construction Law (project documentation including land-use, architectural and construction and technical design) for the construction of: water supply network with connections in the village of Wojnowo within the task investment No 3-04-17-198-0 Murowana Goślina — water supply network in Wojnów, together with obtaining the legitimate decision of the construction permit;

and

performing author's supervision during the implementation phase of works carried out on the basis of the documentation being the subject of the contract from the day of concluding the contract with the Contractor of construction works until signing the final acceptance protocol of these works.

As part of the author's supervision should be provided:

- supervision cards with stay at the construction site - 5 supervision cards,

— supervision cards without a stay at the construction site — 5 surveillance cards,

— total of all surveillance cards 10.
