1. Examination of applications (application processing) in module 2 of the BEW after receipt of the application on the basis of a test scheme provided by the BAFA

In addition, the tasks of the service provider include:

- Implementation of new regulations and work instructions, in particular in the event of policy changes or process adjustments

- Reply to queries relating to individual applications

- Participation in preventive measures to avoid irregularities by informing the BAFA immediately
