The current (on-premise) telephone exchange of Woonhaven Antwerpen is reaching its limits and a replacement is required, also in function of the current expansion of the organization.
In addition to the standard telephony facilities, the telephone exchange also has a contact center module and we use selection menus for some central telephone numbers.
The offer must provide a future-oriented and user-friendly - both for end user and administrator - cloud-based solution with softphones and optional hardware phones, which can at least take over all existing facilities from the existing telephony solution.
