The contract has as its object the execution of the works referred to in the project called "INT.72R5 - Interventions for the districtualization and completion of municipal sewerage schemes and district sewage systems aimed at increasing the resilience of infrastructures and reducing flooding phenomena. LOT 1", as well as all the activities for obtaining authorizations, licenses, concessions, clearances and anything else necessary for the realization of the works, in compliance with the times set by the project timetable.

The following are included in the contract:

- all the works, services, supplies and supplies necessary to give the job completely completed and in accordance with the conditions established by this Specification, with the technical characteristics,

qualitative and quantitative envisaged by the executive project based on the tender, with the relative annexes, of which the Contractor declares to have taken complete and exact knowledge;

- the possible improvement and additional forecasts offered by the Contractor during the tender are also included, without additional charges for the Contractor.
