The purpose of the contract is to carry out topographical services on the rainwater networks and structures of the urban community Cannes Pays de Lérins (CAPL). These services will be carried out throughout the territory of CAPL.

The market includes the following services:

— the transformation of stormwater databases into a single database;

— carrying out topographical surveys on CAPL's stormwater network in order to complete the GIS database;

— updating the GIS database “Stormwater” from different existing documents (harvest plans, studies, topographic surveys, paper plans...). This is a single-award framework agreement with no minimum value or quantity or maximum in value or quantity.
