2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of the quantities of works

In the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as tourist management and side forest utilization resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of:

- attachment No. 3.1. - size of works according to activities, - Annex 3.2. - difficulty zones and logging distances - Annex 3.3 - timber harvesting system.

3) Material ranges listed in Annexes 3.1.-3.3. are estimates

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in Annex 4 to the ToR.

6) Description of the rules of the procedure for acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 5 to the ToR.

7) The subject of the contract includes Package I - forestry: Zielona Góra, Kręciwilk, Dębowiec;

The Contractor may submit an offer for one or more Packages. The offer submitted for a given Package must, however, cover the entire scope of work envisaged in the ToR for this Package.

8) The place of performance of the contract will be the administrative area of the Złoty Potok Forest District.

9) The implementation of the works included in the subject of the order for individual Packages will take place in the forestry area - appropriate for the given Package ("Package Implementation Area"). Indicated in Annexes 3.1. - 3.3. the location (forest address) of individual forest works falling under the Subject Matter of the Agreement is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the Subject Matter of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in item 3.3. item 1), with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

10) The term of the contract: from the date of the contract to December 31, 2020, subject to point 4.2. The above does not prejudice the possibility of exercising the rights arising from the contract after the date referred to in the previous sentence.

11) If the conclusion of the contract occurs earlier than before January 1, 2020, the term of the contract will be from January 1, 2020.

12) Deadlines for the performance of individual works (in each of the Packages) will be specified in Orders prepared by the Employer's Representative.
