Nordiska museet has been working for four years with the museum's largest exhibition ever, Man in the Nordic Region. The exhibition will cover the entire top floor of the museum and depict the cultural history of the Nordic countries from the 1500s to the present day based on new research and with thousands of original objects from the museum's collections, many of which have never been shown before. The museum intends to conclude a Framework Agreement with (1) a Supplier regarding glass display cases for this exhibition as well as upcoming new exhibitions.

The museum intends to conclude a Framework Agreement with (1) a Supplier regarding glass stands for new exhibitions. The framework agreement period is valid from the moment it has been signed by both parties and for 24 months with an opportunity for the museum to extend the Framework Agreement by (1) one year at a time by a maximum of (2) two years so that the total length of the Framework Agreement is (4) four years, 2 years + 1 year + 1 year = 4 years. The extension takes place automatically unless the Framework Agreement has been terminated by the museum (3) months before the conclusion of the agreement.

The museum estimates that the estimated value of the Framework Agreement is approximately SEK 2.4 million excluding VAT, this is not a guarantee but an assessment by the museum. Bidders undertake to supply services, products and materials against the actual need that arises and at the prices specified in the procurement. The ceiling volume for this Framework Agreement is SEK 3.2 million excluding VAT.
