In accordance with the provisions provided for in Article L. 2113-12 of the Code of Public Order, lot 2 is a contract reserved for adapted enterprises mentioned in Article L. 5213-13 of the Labour Code, to establishments and services for labour assistance mentioned in Article L. 344-2 of the Code of Social Action and Families, as well as for equivalent structures, where the majority of the workers concerned are persons with disabilities who, because of the nature or seriousness of their deficiencies, cannot engage in a professional activity under normal conditions.
